1What is Verso Radar
Verso Radar is a platform SaaS (software as a service, accessed through the browser) for prospecting and digital presence for small and medium-sized businesses. In general, it allows you to:
- search for businesses by segment and city using public sources on the internet;
- assess these businesses' digital presence (website, search engine ranking, social media);
- organize contacts in a sales pipeline;
- generate outreach texts with the help of artificial intelligence;
- send outreach emails through your own email account, connected by you.
Verso Radar is a tool. You decide what to search for, who to talk to, and what to send.
2Who can hire
The service is intended for people over 18, for professional use. By signing up, you declare that the information provided is truthful and that you have the authority to contract on behalf of the company you represent, if applicable.
Your account is personal. Your password is your responsibility, and anything done with it is considered to have been done by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify us.
3Test account, plans and credits
Test account
New accounts start with a free trial period, with a limited quota of searches and credits. The quota and trial period are shown on the plans screen at signup and may change to new accounts at any time, without affecting anyone already in the trial.
Plans
The plans are subscriptions with automatic renewal, contracted in a cycle monthly or annual. The amount, search quota, and credit quota for each plan are those displayed on the plans page at the time of subscription. Billing repeats on the same day of each cycle until you cancel.
Annual plan
With the annual plan, you pay once a year, discounted compared to twelve individual months, and the full amount is charged upon signing up. The quotas no are released all at once: the searches and the allowance credits continue renewing month by month, within the same plan quota, as in the monthly cycle—the only change is how you pay.
The switch between monthly and annual cycles is not handled by the platform: request it through the contact channel, and the change takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid for, without losing anything you subscribed to.
Annual plan paid with Pix
The annual plan can also be paid with Pix, with one-time payment. In this case there is no automatic renewal: payment entitles you to 12 months of access from confirmation, quotas continue renewing month by month like the rest of the annual plan, and access to paid features ends on the displayed end date shown on the subscription screen. We notify you before it expires, and renewing means making a new payment — any remaining time is added to the new date.
Pix confirmation is handled by the bank and usually takes seconds: access is released as soon as it arrives, not the moment you close the payment screen. If you renew by buying a different plan, the new plan takes effect upon confirmation.
Credits
Actions that consume external resources (searches, site analyses, AI text generation, email sends, among others) deduct credits. The credits:
- from the plan's monthly allowance are renewed each cycle, within the quota of the subscribed plan: upon renewal, the allowance balance returns to this quota and the remainder from the previous cycle is not cumulative;
- from referrals, one-off packages, and complimentary credits are extra credits: never expire at renewal, and are used only after the allowance credits run out;
- can be purchased separately, when that option is available;
- are not convertible into cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.
If a paid action fails due to an error on our part, the credit is automatically refunded. If you think that didn't happen, contact us.
4Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered directly in its environment and are not transmitted or stored on our servers.
A payment failure (card declined, expired, insufficient limit) suspends access to paid features until it's resolved. We try charging again a few times before canceling the subscription; you get an email notice on each attempt.
The Pix is accepted only on the annual plan and for payers in Brazil, respecting the per-payment limit shown on the billing screen. The Pix code is generated in Stripe’s environment, and the payment is only considered complete when the bank confirms it.
5Cancellation and refund
Cooling-off period (7 days)
Under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you can withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days counted from the purchase date, with a full refund of the amount paid. Just request it through the contact channel below.
Cancel anytime
Outside the 7-day period, you can cancel whenever you want through the platform itself, on the subscription screen. The cancellation applies to the next cycle: you keep access until the end of the period already paid for, with no penalty or commitment.
Annual plan cancellation
Within the 7-day cooling-off period, the annual plan is refunded in full, like any other subscription. After this period, canceling the annual plan results in a refund prorated: we deduct the months already used at the full monthly plan price on the contracting date and refund the remainder. The request is made through the contact channel below, and access remains available until the refund is processed.
Cancellation of the annual plan paid with Pix
The same rules above apply: full refund within the 7-day cooling-off period and prorated afterward. The refund is made to the Pix key of the person who paid. Stripe only allows a Pix refund within 90 days of the payment; after that period, we'll agree with you on another way to refund the amount through the contact channel below. Once the full amount is refunded, access to paid features ends; with a prorated refund, it remains valid until the agreed date.
What isn't refunded
Credits already used and cycles already consumed are not refunded because they correspond to services already provided and third-party costs we have already paid. This does not affect the right of withdrawal above.
